Shipping / Delivery Area

Currently, delivery of products purchased on  www.rbzone.com  is available in Ujjain City only. As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the same would be updated here, we request you to kindly check the Shipping Policy link on our home page for further updates.

The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product purchased on the Website is delivered as follow:

  • within two (2) working days – Ujjain deliveries
  • within Four (4) working days – Within 100 Kms of Ujjain
  • within Seven (7) working days – Within 200 Kms of Ujjain
  • Within Ten (10) working days – For all rest places

from the date of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.

Shipping Charges are as follow:

Shipping Charges are to be solely borne by the user / customer which shall be notified to you at the time of dispatch. The quantum of charges shall vary based on the category of product and delivery location.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked in “Product Page” and "Add to cart".

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address.

How does the delivery process work?

  • The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.
  • The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

How are items packaged?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Each individual product where required is well packaged.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the details of the Delivery Person that is processing your order. Alternatively you can login to your account at rbzone.com to get your tracking details.
