How to track your shipped Orders?

You can track your order by selecting My Orders in My Account section, simply click on the order number and you will be provided with all the details of shipment and status. We also have a Track Your Order button at the header of our webpage, simply click on that and provide us with your order number, your email id would already be entered, and just click on Submit and you will be provided with all the details of shipment and status.

Where can I get delivery?

Currently we deliver to the entire city of Ujjain and surrounding cities/ towns in 200 Kms periphery.

How long will delivery take?

In most cases we provide same day delivery, however subjected to availability or confirmation of payment it may take upto 1-3 working days.

I faced an error while making payment. What do I do?

In case of a failed transaction or other error kindly reach out to us at email@rbzone.com with the required details and screenshot of the error message being displayed.

How do I cancel my Order?

Order once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. However, order not yet shipped can be requested to be cancelled by writing to us at email@rbzone.com.

Is there any order cancellation fee?

Yes, any unshipped orders cancelled shall be charged 5% of the total value of order.

How do I contact support?

Is COD available?

Yes we do provide COD facility in certain parts of the city. All such orders shall only be processed after confirmation via the Mobile Number provided at the time of registration.

However due to unforeseen circumstances COD orders might not be accepted and the same shall be communicated to you via email / call.

Under no circumstances a COD order of value more than Rs. 50,000/- would be accepted.
